Ribbon I.D.

Does anyone know what the right hand ribbon is? It's not an Air Medal, I know that. I don't think it's a USN Expeditionary either. Also note that one of the stripes seems a little narrower than the other.

A state medal maybe?

It could be the NJ Faithful Service Medal. See photo.

After posting it and looking at the photos, it appears the stripes are further apart on the NJ Faithful Service Medal. But I still think it is a State Medal.

I agree with Jason... You can see the red and yellow differences in the ribbon colors.
