Bet it's Bavarian-whatever it is (blue checquered Bavarian Staat design.)

The motto was (is?) that of the 4th Fighter Group. Possibly the Bavarian motif has something to do with the unit's final mission on April 16th 1945. On that day, the Group destroyed 105 enemy aircraft in two airfield attacks. While A Group attacked Prague, B Group devastated the Luftwaffe base at Gabligen, Bavaria in strafing that lasted nearly forty minutes.
