Alvin York Medal of Honor Question

I was wondering if anyone has seen the reverse of Alvin York's Medal of Honor? It is my understanding that it is on loan from the family at the Tenessee State Museum. I always wondered if it was officially engraved or plain. Here is a picture of the obverse.
