It is a 1 Ton trailer hooked to a tracked vehicle, Looks like an M7 Priest 105mm artillery piece.

The number starting with 0 is the trailers us army,registration number, the A-66 stands for vehicle 66 of A company or battery...
The larger unit remains unknown as it is nit visible on this photo...

These trailer were commonly called Ben Hur for one of the manufacturers, but there are also other makes...
