Hi Guys.

Found these markings on a ski parka I'v had for around 35 years. Would be nice, if the FSSF was real. Whats the view?

Sorry to say there is no W.S. Martin on the roster.
Additionally, I would expect the soldier would have marked it with his Battalion-Regiment number, such as 2-2 or 5-1 as was their practice.
