Another "what is it" question

[M35]

Picked this up with a bunch of other stuff recently and trying to figure out exactly what it is? It is rubberized material or at least material impregnated with something. I assume it is either rain gear or chemical protective clothing or something similar? Unfortunately the maker tag is faded in the important spots so I can't read the military nomenclature. Any help to ID and give a ballpark value would be greatly appreciated! I will put it up for sale here on the estand if I can figure out a value. By the way, it is very long, almost 6 ft in overall length.

Looks like something to be worn with a gas mask, so I'd say chemical protective hooded coverall/coat combination....Bodes

Bodes is correct, a chemical warfare protective suit.
