Hello, I’m trying to identify the significance of the letters (?) on the cartouche. It appears to read HVJ or HVS from left to right beneath the lion. In addition I am curious about the engraving; looks like UW Liljan, 1938-40; 1/5 and something else I can’t make out. The date code however does read “I6” so it’s a 1938 date marking. Any help is appreciated.

It's made by Yrjö Salmela, Turku. Better pictures (engravings) needed.
