Captured North Korean Banner Help Translate Please

Here is a small handmade banner that was brought back from the Korean War. I do not know any other history on this. It measures about 36 inches long. The material is cotton. Maybe from a rice or grain bag? Any help translating this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
