This bugle was captured and brought back by a 1st Airborne Ranger Infantry Company vet.

1952 Chinese Peoples Volunteer Army public security grouping. Chinese PVA Public Security forces acted as the military police during the Korean War. The hat was custom tailored in China during the Korean War.

This one is actually a North Korean buckle with the word "Hyok' on it. Not sure what it means but is the first syllable of the word for revolution "hyok myong."

This one actually reads "First Military School 2d Class Graduation Commemorative."

Very nice grouping. Capture PLA gear is hard to find because it tended to come apart over time.

Is there any way of knowing if this is a KPA buckle from the Korean War? It seem to have a different inscription than the usual buckles.
