    North Korean Star ????

    I bought this from the son af a WW2/Korean War vet. By the looks of it I'd say NK, but hopefully you guys in the know can properly ID it for me.

        Thank you for the help, I was thinking maybe some form of hat device, but a collar device makes sense.
