187th ARCT 1st Battalion para helmet

Heres my new pride and joy!....its a 187th ARCT 1st Battalion tac marked helmet ....just scored off of ebay recently for a pretty reasonable price considering this helmet most likely participated in the combat drops during the Korean War....the chinstraps have been lost to time but it was surely an M1C.....I have added a KW para liner for display and i am really pumped to have this helmet!!...and here are some period pics of the 187th 1st Bat. helmets in action from Exercise Swarmer and from the Korean War ....mike
