Okay, here are a few more. The 2nd CMB was the only CMB left on the active duty rolls post-WW 2. (That's one of the reasons that you find so many US made, shield shaped 2nd CMB SSI. They were not made for WW 2, but post WW 2, but that's another thread).

The 2nd CMB saw even more cbt in Korea, with more casualties, than they did in WW 2.

This SSI and the scroll are both Japanese made.

In Jan 53, the 2nd CMB was redesignated the 461st Inf Bn (HM) and was redesignated 88th Inf Bn (HM) in Apr 53.

The SSI and the scrolls are Japanese made.

Speaking of HM units in Korea, the other infantry divisions, including CA's 40th ID, had HM plts attached to each regiment.

Here is one for the 223rd RCT, 40th ID. The scroll is Japanese made.

Those of you who know me and know my call sign is related to my armor collection. (For you younger collectors, 'treadheads' is what we called tankers in the 60s).

Here are some of my better KW armor patches.

The 89th Tank Bn (25th ID) is a beautiful Japanese made piece; note the tank tread is purple.

After WW 2, the Army decided to attach an organic tank company to each IR. The next patch is for the Tank Co, 17th IR.

The first one is for the Tank Co, 32nd IR and the next is from the Tank Co, 34th IR.
