Help Identifying Korean Medal

This is a small neck order, with "Inchon" on the front. I do not have a picture of the back. I can't find a single thing about it.

Inchon City Award

This is an Inchon city medallion given to visitors. The best possible description is that it is a step below a "Key to the City". The first three characters which look like "oil" are a linear printing of the Korea word for "IN" as in "INCHON". This usually is confusing for someone not familiar with Korean Text. The next three characters are "CHON". If I can be of further help, just ask.

Thanks, Don. This was in the estate of a Colonel who served in Korea in the 60's.
