Found it. According to Flags of the World, it is the flag of the Democratic Youth Union (League). It existed from 1946 to 1960 under that name. The illustration has a different color scheme but the characters and logo style are the same. Perhaps the variation is a later design. The current design used by the successor organization, the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League is quite different but still has the 민 청 charactersOriginally posted by oldflagswanted View PostHello paulj:
