Akitoshi
Akitoshi was a Seki gunto smith in WWII...family name and personal names Ohno Yuichi, he started as a Seki Kaji on 17 Nov 1943.
Dated:
昭和十九年五月
Shōwa 19th Year [1944], May
You can usually find him when using the new kanji 明寿.
