I have this unknown Japanese item that I ask your help in identifying. It is paper wrapped and feels like there is something made of cloth inside. Bandage perhaps? Any help in determining just what I have is appreciated.

The pack contains ten No. 2 bandages (with 4 splits) ... ... I think that is what it means -- perhaps it's 10 bandages, each with 2 rips on each end to make securing the bandage easier.
