tang translation needed

I had a guy call my ad about a Japanese sword blade he has. It is just the blade, no scabbard or handle. He hasn't sent pictures of the blade yet, but I wondered, if by the info on the tang, it was worth pursuing and trying to put back together. Like I said, I don't have blade pictures yet, so it might be a bust anyway. I apologize for the quality of the photos, I downloaded them from what he sent me on the phone. I appreciate any help or advice you may give.
