Could you help me identify this Japanese ammo pouch?

It's big enough, like a dorsal / reserve ammo pouch, but it does not have the compartment for the little oil can or ventilation holes underneath.

Could you help me identify this Japanese ammo pouch?

Oil can is a smaller, trapezoidal shape and fits into the slotted space between the two large ammo holding pockets. Cleaning rod goes thru the little loops of leather underneath the large flap
