Translation help - Type 99 Rifle Sling characters

Picked up a Type 99 Arisaka this weekend and it had an original sling attached - rare. The sling had markings on it and I'd like to see what they translate to - unfortunately the ones that might be the real significant ones look pretty worn down.
Hope Guy or Mr. Chen can help here.

These are perhaps the 3 Kanji, but I have no idea what they mean when read together. I guess "side sling".
Since we have 99 in Kanji, so this side sling should belongs to it.

囩 is not in the Japanese online dictionaries, so I had to go to a Chinese dictionary. Sometimes you can find older kanji there. Here's what I found"

• 2. 古代計量土地的單位，十二頃為囩。
• In ancient times, land units were measured in sets of twelve

So *perhaps* this sling is saying
横二囩 （９９）
Yoko Ni [yún] (99)
Yokokuska Land Unit 2, (99)
Yoko could also be short for Yokohama


Hopefully Mr. Chen can correct my understanding of 囩.

Yokokuska Land Unit 2, (99)
Yoko could also be short for Yokohama

Guy, thank you very much. BTW did you mean Yokosuka (navy base) instead of Yokokuska? I guess with Yoko as the symbol it could be either?

Sorry .... my fingers got carried away. I did mean Yokosuka. Both Yokos use the same kanji: 横:

横須賀 Yokosuka
横浜 Yokohama

Because I'm not very good at the military angle, I mentioned both locations as possibilities. However, on the military item's I've seen so far, the 横 meant 横須賀 Yokosuka.

囩 is not very common in use.If it's 团（團）then it makes more sense.
