What are your opinions on this Japanese officer sword belt chain? Is this an authentic? Because I had never seen this model with two chains.

Not quite the same! Yours has two double-link chains with 4 anchors. This one has four single-link chains, also with four anchors. The similarity is close enough to think yours is authentic.

The item description of that chain I found is:

Remember: I am not a collector, nor am I very knowledgeable; I was just able to find a similar sabre chain during a cursory image search.

Hey! I found two more examples, one is like yours with two double-linked chains. Unfortunately, the website disappeared and only the thumbnail image existed on Google Image. I enlarged it as best I could.
