    Translation for WW2 Japanese Navy Captain’s uniform and cap

    Hey all, would someone be able to translate what is written on the inside of this frock cost and bicorne Cap? I can’t tell if it’s just manufacturing information, or if it’s someone’s name.

    The first one is posted upside-down, but I still can't read it after inverting it.
    The last two are versions of the surname "Matsush!ta."


    Kanji:
    松下
    Matsush!ta


    Hiragana with a kanji 志 (shi) replacing the hiragana .
    まつ
    Matsush!ta


    Usually the hiragana is
    まつ
    Matsush!ta

          No, it doesn’t help, but thanks for fixing the image. I had already downloaded the image and put it rightside-up before saying I couldn’t read it.

          You need a native-speaker for this job.
