This is a photocopy of an original document that came with a WW2 Imperial Japanese sword out of an estate. I have no idea if the document and the sword have anything to do with each other, other than being together in a grouping. Could someone please translate it. I hope I have it facing the right way. [I'm guessing "Aubrei Maurei" is a Western name of some sort -- I can't make it out.]
