Navy Aircraft Data Plate translation help please

Nice small data plate that came with some other items. Would love to figure out what plane it came from and what the top 3 lines in particular say.
    Thanks for any help

The Nakajima A6M2-N (Navy Type 2 Interceptor/Fighter-Bomber) was a single-crew floatplane based on the Mitsubishi A6M Zero Model 11. The Allied reporting name for the aircraft was Rufe.

      Line 2:
      太陽第。。。号
      Taiyō Dai....go
      Sun number .....
[Taiyo literally means Sun, as in Sol, the star that gives us light; dunno how that relates to the aircraft]

      Line 3:
      部品 番号
      Buhin Bango ...
      Part Number ....

      They’re using the pre-1946 version 號; modern is 号.

Guy! Thanks for making my day and weekend! Wow. The "Rufe" was a perfect aircraft for the early war role it played in the vast Imperial Japanese Empire. The production started the day the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor and Nakajima only produced a total of 327. There are NO survivors left today. I am so happy to have found this data plate from such a cool and unique Pacific War airplane!
