Translation help please with a Naval cap tag

Thanks guys for the confirmation! I only have a few Navy caps, this one, an officers Khaki cap, and another enlisted Khaki cap with Black anchor. They are addiction for sure! As I acquired a few nice navy helmets, I decided to get a few caps to compliment those.
