Translation help on a Nambu Holster

Hello everyone, I am looking for help translating the writing on the flap of this Nambu holster. I am interested in the top 3 characters, as I can see the other 2 are a 1 and a 4. Also, would the numbers be read 14 or 41? Thanks,

You got the second number wrong, it is 7. The numbers would be read vertically:
