Need Translation help Data Plate for Aircraft lever

Just got this item and i can certainly tell its wartime and IJArmy. I believe its from an aircraft cockpit but hopefully that can be verified by translation of 1.) the data plate or 2.) the instructional plate above it.

Could be something like a manual pump handle or some other hydraulic equipment

Can't wait to find out!

Not wanting to read the whole thing ... It says "place in hydraulic pump opening [door]" ...
油圧「パンプ」入り口...
Hydraulic "pump" entry ...
Yuatsu 油圧 can mean either "oil pressure" and "hydraulics".


Maybe Tom will feel like doing the rest ... I've probably missed something important.

Guy, thanks for what you have done on this - maybe Mr Chen can come to the rescue on a deep dive for instructional description plate - it probably has the best clues I'll get to what this might have gone unto since the data plate writing is so limited
