Japanese meet ball for translation

Can you help me to translate some inscriptions of this flag?

Nice authentic flag to a junior NCO. I cannot find the recipient’s name, but numerous mentions of “Wishes For Triumphal Return” 祈凱旋 (Ki Gaisen); some write Gocho (corporal 伍長), hancho (group leader班長), butai cho (section leader 部隊長). One signature is from an army sergeant (gunso 軍曹). Another inscription says, “From all of us in the unit” but I can’t make out the unit leader’s name.
