Japanese sword for review

Hi,
I am looking for reviews and a translation of the wood tag on this sword. The handle wire is complete but needs to be put back in place.
If possible a value range would be greatly appreciated.

Can't give a review, but the tag says:


鈴鹿市山辺町二七
Suzuka-shi Yamanobe-chō niju-nana
[that is in 三重県 Mie Prefecture]

田中 肇
Tanaka Tadashi [given name 肇 can also be read as Hajime]

These Company grade Type 19's run for $200-400 USD on ebay. When you find them with old nihonto blades, they can fetch over $600, but this one is machine-made, dress sword.
