Value of a neat set of insignia?

I’ve had this a long time and just ran across it again. I’m thinking of putting it on estand. Not too often do you know where things are from. For years I didn’t know it has the marked mini blade, it was hid by the original frame, which it is still in. I’ve never seen one before. I’m sure y’all have. So a fair price to ask? Thanks!

Sorry about the orientation! And all are held down with Scotch Tape.

The miniature sword is called a "Goshin-to O-mamori" [Safe-keeping Amulet] and is from Tateyama Shrine (dunno which one!). I've got one from the Hayashizaki Shrine (dedicated to swordsmanship).

          立山大神
          Tateyama O-Kami
          Great God of Tateyama

          護身刀守
          Goshintō O-mamori

The ones shown below use different kanji but still pronounced "Goshinto"
          御神刀
          Honorable Gods Sword

The original owner must have had a daughter!

              musume [moo-soo-may]
              daughter

Interesting .... if you break down the kanji, it would mean "good girl". You can't always break down kanji and get an idea of what it means; in this case you can, and the "good girl" idea serves as a mnemonic for me.

              女 + 良 = 娘
              Girl + Good = Daughter

That is great to know! Can you give me a guess at a fair value?

I at one time owned an SNLF medical pouch this corpsman brought home. This is a legit bring back insignia grouping. Most probably from Saipan/Tinian.

                    Sorry, I’m not a collector.

Well I do collect WWII Japanese insignia and sorry but the insignia is pretty much worth the value of the cheap frame. Not one of them is a pair, not one of them is rare or high ranking and they are Army (most 10X common).

The sword like trinket appears to have some marking on it - maybe a good picture could lead to a translation by Guy and someone else could put a value on that item

If it has any sentimental value for you then that is the value but the insignia components just have very little value to an actual insignia collector. This is comparable to a coin collector finding a coin album half filled with the most common pennies all in poor condition
