Correct case for the Rising Sun Second Class.

勲弐等旭日重光章
Kun'nitō Kyokujitsujūkōshō

These boxes might be for presentation to foreigners. I seem to recall a post from a German whose grandfather received a similar award, and I'm pretty certain the presentation boxes had multiple Paulowania Leaves "diapered" (heraldic term meaning "sprinkled") on the lid.
