    Japanese award box HELP

Hey guys, just got this empty little box, I’m presuming it could be Red Cross related!?
Could someone tell me the period WWII or later, also if someone could translate the lid writings!?
    Thank you!

This is a box for obidome that was issued to commemorate the 35th anniversary of society that took place in 1936.

For those who do not know:

Obidome (帯留, "sash clip") is a small decorative accessory that is fastened onto obijime [securing string].

Found a good image on Google Image ... it looks like another Fujinkai obidome. If you enlarge the image you can make out the green enameled anchor.
