This one has no pockets in the thighs, is this normal?

Here's an army flight suit similar to yours without the thigh pockets -- but it has recepticals for heating. A good read here about army flight suits.

Nice condition heated suit! Got to think you'd be pretty warm in a heated rabbit fur lined setup like that!
