The blue one with a ribbon is PROBABLY a woman's. Orders such as the Order of St. John, Red Cross, Sovereign Military Order Malta, and all UK orders use a ribbon for a woman's award.

The others are found here ... except for that one with the black arms -- but I've seen it before and I'm certain Rich or some other knowledgeable person will let you know what it is.

Guy, considering orders, the horizontal ribbon style was designated for women. But a lot of individual organizations did not make this distinction.

Quick correction--not only orders, but also official commemorative medals (as well as the Japanese Red Cross) made the ribbon distinction.
