Japanese M1887 uniform - matching set?

    Hi,

this seems to be a Captain, isn’t it? Is this a matching set? Does anyone knows why the tailor labels aren’t in Kanji?

Any input greatly appreciated ! Thanks in advance.

Many early tailor labels were in English. As cool as this tunic is they are common & difficult to sell. These are dress tunics from turn of the century not WW2

+1 on all the above - and a re-emphasis on "difficult to sell"

I have owned, and sold, quite a few of these full dress groups. They sell at the right price which the one pictured is not.
