Helmet cover kanji

I was wondering the meaning of these "kanji" on the side and inside my helmet cover.

Philippe,

You have the right forum (i.e., the Japanese Militaria Forum)!

The markings on the outside of the cover are...

Top row - 61 Moto (Main)
Bottom row - Shimizu (Japanese surname)

The markings on the inside of the cover are...

left column - Supply Depot (looks like Hiroshima, but the location is faded)
middle column - Date of Manufacture (Looks like 1941, but the date is faded)
right column - Size of Cover (it's a large size cover)

The characters to the right of the columns are for staple fiber and the encircled characters are for the inspector that inspected the cover (I can not make out the characters because of the fading).
