用途：　計器板に装備し、遠方羅針盤と回転電磁石との２回路の電位差を指示する電圧計である。
Usage: It is a voltmeter equipped on the instrument board and indicating the potential difference between two distances between the remote compass and the rotating electromagnet.

Thanks Guy, again, for your help. Looks like the gauge was mounted on the instrument panel and a permanent part of the aircraft....so this little box was no more than a shipping container. I am amazed at the quality of the box for what it was used for. Regards.
