Can someone help me with a translation on the kanji marks for this label?

There's a number missing from the top.

Another online dictionary calls it Electrostatic Wave Detector.

I'm not an engineer and do not know the correct translation.

Thanks Guy! The number at the top is 92 so its a Model 92 ray gun or something like that... i was hoping it would be something along the line of an optical periscope sight for a type 92 machine gun but it sounds like an instrument of some sort so my interest faded quickly...
