Japanese Ribbon Bar

Found this ribbon bar and a few USMC pins at a church sale. I pick this group up for almost nothing. I don’t know too much about Japanese ribbons so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ribbons are for:

Order of the Sacred Treasure, Order of the Rising Sun, Manchurian Incident War Medal, China Incident War Medal, Japan Red Cross Membership Medal.

Order of the Sacred Treasure, Order of the Rising Sun, Manchurian Incident War Medal, China Incident War Medal, Japan Red Cross Membership Medal.

Thanks and some of those medals come at different grades so is there any difference in the ribbons.

There were no differences.
Same ribbon bar was used for all grades of the order.
