Don't know if you got the date or not, but it's Autumn 1942.

Prices are all over the place with these. Some go for normal officer gunto pricing, say 1,000 + or -,
and I've seen them go for $3,600 USD. It's going to depend on where and to whom you sell. I know of a woman who was collecting Mantesu's from every year, and she paid $7,000 for her final one to complete her collection!
