help with Japanese Kanji printed on a flag

    Hello everyone,
Can anyone tell me what printed on this flag? I can only make out a couple of characters. I see the number 19, possibly for a date, but that's all I can get. I pretty certain its a post war flag. Thanks in advance for your help!!

Glad to help when I can, Paul. By the way, I fat-fingered that last green-highlighted word, Sakamitsu Town.

          It should be Sadamitsu Town.
