First one is a youth school flag (the logo is an abbreviation 青校 for Youth school. In the corner it says 桑名青年学校 〜 私立東洋ベアリング Kuwana Youth School —Private Toyo Bearings [that is, the school is a private school]. I’m on a phone now and don’t know how to toggle between screens - but that’s ptetty close.
By the way, you have it displayed backwards so the kanji are mirror- imaged.

The second one commemortes someone (吉田 興市 Yoshida Kyou’ichi) deploying during the 日露戦争 Russo-Japanese War and is dated Meiji 37 明治丗七年 (1904). I cannot say if the writing was done in 1904, or if it were done later as a commemoration of a relative, or if done recently on a period flag to deceive.

The last one is a Yokosuka Naval Arsenal 横須賀海軍工廠 flag for the worker’s industrial training center 工員養成所.
