Japanese Navy Big eye optics information needed " Help Please" What can anyone tell me about this optics . What might be the location on a Japanese ship and can the ship be known based on the number on these ? They measure about 2 Feet long Brent

Plate basically states: 12 centimeter high angle binoculars; 20 degree viewing angle. Cranked out in 1944. No information on which ship it might have been on. I have seen pics. of these kinds of binoculars arrayed all over the ship's superstructure.
