    Aviators scarf

This came in a collection with a note that it's a Japanese Aviation Cadets scarf. It's a National flag, folded to a scarf, and stamped with pilots badge and more. Appears unworn. Any thoughts on this? Original?

The stamp looks fake as used by notorious eBay seller cupman. He enhances items with all sorts of rubber stamps etc

Ditto to Jareth's comments - another Fake produced by the crook cupman.

At best a period civilian flag messed with by cupman. I wonder if he's not even putting the ink on a repro badge. Sorry Andrew.

          Cheers,
          Mat.

Never be sorry for sharing knowledge! Thanks all!
Other items in the collection how more promise of authenticity but i.d. on so many small badges is befuddling!

              Badge with propeller:
              防空
              Bōkū
              Air Defense

Badge with blue aircraft and red kanji:
              家族
              kazoku [family]
              防火群
bōka-gun [fire protection group] "gun" pronounced like "goon".

White on black patch -- you need to rotate 90ยบ to the right:

              Bi/utsukushī
              Beauty/beautiful

              Black on white patch:

              Kan
              Government service/official/officer

I have no idea about these two patches!

I cannot read the kanji on the small Japanese flag pin -- too small & fuzzy.
