Unknown Navy Insignias and Patches

Can anyone tell me what rank/rating these insignias are? I tried to do some research online, but I am not completely sure.

I believe that the first two patches are enlisted navy ratings, but I don't know which ones they are.

The shoulder strap I believe is for a IJN Lieutenant.

Lastly, I believe the top collar rank is for a IJN Lieutenant (the little chrysanthemums were removed for some reason, but they came with it), while the lower red one is for an Army 2nd Lieutenant.

Please correct me if I am wrong, as I mainly collect US militaria. Any help is appreciated!

the first with anchors is able seaman rang
the white i d'ont know exactly but i think naval engineers one of their specification
the second one is as you said a ijn lieutenant
and what you said about the third picture is also correct
