Japanese Pilot Wings

Hello,

This is my first time posting in the Japanese forum. I only have a couple of Japanese items, one of which is the attached pilots wing. It was given to me by a 2nd Marine Division, Scout/Sniper platoon, vet. He picked them up on Saipan/Tinian. Being blue, they are for a naval pilot, correct? What is the approximate value?

Japanese Army wings worn by both pilots and crews. I think these were going for $80-$120 a while back....might be even less especially with decline in prices across the board.

Thank you very much for the information. Great to know it is an Army insignia.
The Marine also gave me a bracelet made from a piece of Japanese aircraft, which has etchings and wording relating to the Marshall Islands - Saipan and Tinian . He also gave me a Japanese bayonet from there.
