Nice holster and pistol!
The stampings on the inside cover of the holster are Sho[wa] juu-haichi for Showa 18 or 1943; the encircled kanji O as in Osaka; and what appears to be the kanji TO as in Tokyo.
The lower half of the rice paper tag has the kanji shimei for surname followed by Kimura Hei??? which I am going to guess is the original owner's last name (i.e, Kimura) and first name (Hei???). I can not read the top part of the rice paper tag (service number???).
