Bayonets I Just Bought Including Test Type 1 TALW Knife

I felt very fortunate to have bought these bayonets along with a few other items yesterday. One of them was a very nice test type 1 knife!

Great bayonets! The upper frog is a particularly interesting variation. Is it thinner than the other pictured frog, thinner as in fewer layers of canvas? The buckle appears to be brass?

Nice find. As you probably know, sliding the mint blued bayonet blade in and out of the scabbard will scrap thru the bluing real fast and turn it into a "near" mint item! Oil it well and leave out to enjoy
