Naval helmet

Hi all,

Browsing a consignment shop and just seen this. Paint and kanji look ok to my untrained eyes, but liner is suspect to me. I'm used to Gemma and US helmets, unfortunately I'm not too sure if this one is legit.

Nothing on it is Japanese. Swedish helmet, Naval insignia not good, liner no good, made up Kanji writing.
