definitely WW2...but never seen one with the reticle in the center...appears to be 15x80...

hi mike japanese "big eye" marine binoculars the window and sight are for target aquisition before ww2 the japanese purchased these naval optics from mainly the usa later versions were made in japan they came in various magnifications
