Someone sure got a deal on this gyroscope! Unit itself looks to be complete, and what is really interesting is it came from the Kawatana Arsenal (Sasebo). I think this is the first such example I have seen from this arsenal. Usually they are from Mitsubishi Hvy. Ind. down in Nagasaki, or Yokosuka.
